Our kombuchas are fairly unique in that they aren’t flavoured. We’re so passionate about our brewing and fermentation process, we believe we can get the very best kombuchas through a combination of know-how and high-end, loose-leaf teas, handpicked from small tea gardens in China and India.
For these reasons, we never add any fruit juices or sugary flavourings to our kombuchas. Fine wine and real ale makers never flavour their lovingly-crafted produce, and we believe the same approach can be taken with kombucha.
Our kombuchas are flavoured, therefore, not with added extras but by fermenting high-end teas. All you’re tasting when you sip Royal Flush, Smoke House or Dry Dragon, is fermented tea. It’s as pure and simple as that.
