That’s why we began brewing Royal Flush. We call it our non-alcoholic Prosecco and it is made using a first-flush Darjeeling tea (known as the Queen of the Teas in India, hence the regal name). With rich notes of rhubarb and gooseberry on the nose, rounding out to white fruits and even a touch of black currant, this light, sparkling but full-flavoured serve is the perfect celebration drink for those avoiding alcohol.
