Why is an Alcohol-Free Mojito The Best Drink For Spring?

First of all, it’s refreshing. We are all looking forward to that warmer weather where we can have long days spent in the sun, and what better way to combat that heat than with an alcohol-free mojito. With some ice cubes and a sprig of mint, a mojito made with our refreshing Dry Dragon is the perfect revitalizing beverage.

Another reason our Mojito alternative is the perfect summer companion is that it is alcohol-free. We all love to sit in a beer garden during the hot months, but did you know that alcohol can actually dehydrate you? Yes, it’s true. Alcohol is a diuretic, which means that it causes your body to remove fluids from your blood, at a much quicker rate than other liquids. That’s why it’s always recommended that for every alcoholic beverage you have, you should drink a glass of water. However, with our no alcohol Mojito, you don’t have to worry about feeling dehydrated. You can happily drink a Dry Dragon mojito all day long in the knowledge that you will remain both hydrated and refreshed.

The Perfect Non-Alcoholic Mojito Recipe

To make this sublime serve, you will need:

  • 25ml lime juice
  • 125ml REAL Dry Dragon
  • 10ml sugar syrup (or 10ml mint syrup, if available)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

As for the method, follow the below:

  • Firstly, mix the lime and the sugar (or mint) syrup.
  • Then, pour over ice cubes into a balloon glass.
  • Top up with the REAL Dry Dragon.
  • Gently scrunch the mint leaves to bring the fragrance forward and garnish to taste.

Of course, we recommend serving this cocktail on a hot day to really get the full, refreshing effect.
